Privacy policy
We collect very little. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. Last updated 22 October 2026.
Who is responsible
RadLens-Tracer, Seoul, Republic of Korea, is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything in this policy, including a request about your own data, write to [email protected]. Junyoung Lee is our contact for data protection matters.
What this website collects
This site has no account system and no newsletter. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts.
- Contact form. The form on the contact page does not send anything to us. It opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app, and you decide whether to send it.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access data — IP address, page requested, time and browser user agent — to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
- Web fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and the jsDelivr CDN. Your browser requests those files directly, so those services receive your IP address. We send them nothing else about you.
If you email us
We hold what you chose to send: your name and email address, your organisation if you mention it, and the content of your message.
- Purpose: to answer you and carry on the resulting correspondence.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Retention: three years after our last exchange, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer.
Who else sees it
Our email and hosting providers process this data on our behalf, under contract. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Where it is stored
We are based in the Republic of Korea and your correspondence is handled there. The European Commission has decided that the Republic of Korea provides an adequate level of protection for personal data, so data can reach us from the EU and EEA without further transfer safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you and give you a copy; to correct it; to delete it; to restrict or object to our use of it; and to provide it in a portable form. Write to the address above and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to a supervisory authority — in the EU or EEA, the data protection authority where you live or work; in Korea, the Personal Information Protection Commission.
Children
This site is aimed at professional and institutional users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
